functions in some ways are a little easier and they're a little more

difficult. They're they bit more difficult. They're more difficult because they tend to be

more abstract, right, and they tend to be a little bit more malleable in how they

show up. But they're also easier because they come with a lot less

expectations, a lot less should statements about how the world works. We can make peace with

those parts of ourselves a little easier because they don't necessarily

represent our value statements.
