the time. And now I get to be on the other side of it. I know. I'm excited to talk about so many things,

but we have to go, we have to go back to your pastry chef days and your, your beginning.

So I would love to hear, like, was being a pastry chef or baking, was that something that was

So I grew up baking with my mom. Some of my fondest childhood memories were in the kitchen baking with my mom from her

tattered copy of the joy of cooking. And we baked all these great classic American desserts like

rice, crispy treats and brownies and, you know, sheetcakes and of course chocolate chip cookies.

And we did that because I was living overseas. We were actually living on the island of Sumatra in Indonesia for some of my,

you know, great school and childhood. And it was a way for me to not only, you know, spend time with my

mom, but it was a way for me to connect with my homeland, which I really had quite a longing for.

You know, I was just like a grade school kid who missed her friends at home and felt a little out of sorts.
