Very excited about my guest today, I became aware of her.

I don't know.

I think of her Instagram and I sort of fell in love.

She's really, really fantastic.

And so a conversation that I think is so important to have right now, Florence and

Romano, is a personal growth strategist, a philanthropist, an author of Build Your

Village, a guide to finding joy and community in every stage of life.

I'm so thrilled to be here.

It's so nice to see you in person and talk about all things village, which is

something you know a lot about being on a reality show, honestly.

It's true, but you know, it's funny.

I had another guest in here before and she and I have known each other a long

time and we were just talking exactly about this.

And when I knew you were coming on this week, I was so happy because I've

really been craving community and connection as I have throughout the years.

But more than ever, and I often, like if I complained about something else, I

am a one man band or something like that, but you really do need a village, especially

when it comes to your family and your work and all of the things.
