Today I want to talk about strategy in teams.

Just got done with a multi-day, three-day meeting, 14 entrepreneurs setting strategy that

would affect about 2,000 entrepreneurs in the upcoming year.

To begin the meeting, we had all completed gallops, strength finders, and so Clifton's

strength finders.

The beauty about doing that, whether you use disk or strength finders or the Berkman or

Myers-Briggs or VIA, there are tons of those personality and makeup assessments out

there that you can use.

I don't actually promote one over the other.

I think they all have their benefits.

But the beauty about doing that is to be sure that you have a team that represents people

with diverse skills and diverse personalities.

For many years in my own life, I believed I was the smartest person in the room.

I'm not proud to say that.

That was arrogance.
