What I find is at the top, oftentimes we're measuring, you know, each other from our successes.

So when you only lead with the success, it causes the successful person to say, well, I'm more successful.

It actually kind of drives a wedge when all you do is talk about the success.

When you talk about the vulnerabilities, the losses, the obstacles, it gives people connection and a

point that they don't feel like they have to compete, you know? And so it's like, it's this

really fascinating thing that if you lead with, if you lead with all the losses, if you lead

with all the struggles, it creates connection points versus, you know, a lot of, it's like,

it's more camaraderie versus competition.
