Alright, so today I was checking out this book, kind of a crazy name Donald Trump, how to get rich.

Now, you know, I've talked about this before. Don't be turned off by things if it's kind of a

godly name, you know, how to get rich. But if you've been listening to the frameworks that I talk

about, go straight to the top. You may or may not agree with everybody's opinion, but go straight

to the top. I find in life people have made it to the top have the most insight for you.

And a lot of people are like, oh, well, I don't even want to be a billionaire. It doesn't matter.

I talk about this edge effect. Insight comes at the edge of multiple disciplines. George Lucas

talked about that with how he came up with the idea of Star Wars made three billion dollars,

you know, in some ways changed the world with that movie. And he did it because he was eclectic,

reading lots of different things. So I don't care if you're watching this in your artist,

philanthropist, humanitarian, doctor, there's knowledge here. And that's why I read broad,

but I also read at the top. So like him or love him or hate him, Donald Trump has definitely

at the top in a certain sense. But I'll read you a chapter here, maintain your momentum.

He talks about this William Levitt, one of the top builders sold his company in 1956 for 100

million dollars. Today's dollars, that's a billion bucks. He made some terrible mistakes. Trump says

he retired. He married the wrong woman, moved to the south of France, lived on a river with his

new boat, new wife. One day though, he got bored of all that came back into business. Now he had

lost his momentum. You're talking 10, 20 years. But he thought he could get back in. He thought he

could recover that momentum. And interesting. Trump says, I saw William Levitt at a cocktail party

in 1994, two weeks before he died. He was standing by himself in a corner looking to feed it.

I didn't know him well, but I approached him, hoping to acquire some wisdom from the master.

Mr. Levitt, how are you doing? That's what Trump asked. He said, not good, Donald, not good.
