You know, talk about your wholesale operation and, you know, how that's gotten to where it's

you know, a lot of testosterone, right? A lot of young guys, good guys, you know, a lot of Christian guys out there, you know, and I'm Christian myself, and we run a very well-oiled machine, but you are managing people at the end

of the day, and it can be very difficult. The number one thing I see when people try to scale

a wholesale company is they can't figure out the people part of it. It's like they've got the system

figured out, they know they're like, I'm either doing direct mail or I'm doing PPC or PPL or

whatever I'm going to do or I'm going to talk to agents or I'm going to co-wholesale or whatever,

right? And but they can't scale that because they can never figure out how to build the right

culture with the right people, with the right structure so that their people actually stay there
