I've done a lot of cool shit in my life, y'all.

I've been one of these guys, has been very fortunate to check a lot of shit off my bucket list.

But you know I'm like everybody else. Some days I feel depressed. Some days I got a lot of anxiety. Some days I'm not feeling too good.

Not feeling too good about my situation or myself.

I'm normal just like everybody else.

I got good days and bad days.

But what I like to do is, and I talked about this on the previous

episode, but I wanted to get into it a little bit more, so I like to just remind myself

of the things that I've done.

I think back sometimes and I don't even believe that it's true, although it is, I was

there, a lot of the shit that I've done and anytime I'm in a funk

And it's not like I can immediately snap out of it, but I start remembering damn I accomplished so much

I have so much more to go I look back and I'm like man you know I saw this Facebook thing becoming a big business before it was a big business. I was the

first guy to do that. I was teaching people how to get leads from Facebook in 2008.

So that's what almost 20 years ago. I was making YouTube videos in 2008.

I had my first website that was a blog in 2012.

I was the very first speaker at the very first Arate live event.
