Because when you're looking at it and you just have all of these negative things that you're focusing on with your money, it's very overwhelming.

It can feel like you're standing

at the bottom of a mountain and you have no way to the top. And who wants to climb that mountain?

Right? Just asking yourself, what's the first thing I can do? What are the first couple of steps I can

take? And focusing on that one thing.
