Well, I think that the chance had a very difficult tight rope

to walk between obviously, reflect the fact that we haven't got a majority in the House of

Commons, so big controversial measures will be difficult to get through, but also people looking

for a bit of a lift and to talk about something other than Brexit.

And I think on that he absolutely succeeded.

And I think he has set things up for the future.

He's tackled some difficult issues around Universal Credit.
