On today's episode, we're going to talk about fear.

Now, this is a common topic that does come up on the podcast and honestly, there's so many different ways to tackle this

that I don't want to have just you know one episode that covers it and then move on to the next

you know something I like to do with this podcast is revisit topics in different

ways to help guys out with some of the biggest questions that I get and of course one of

the bigger questions that I get is how to get over rejection and how to get over fear and

how to feel more comfortable talking to girls and I dug up something from the

archives that I think you're really going to enjoy and more importantly learn from.

This was back in 2012, maybe 2013, and I went on a trip to the Amazon and I met a guy there who happened to be a

Zen Buddhist and I did a little interview with him because we were talking about

fear you know Buddhists talk a lot about that because fear

is something that exists because you're worried about something that happened in the past

or you're worried about something that may happen in the future.

It's very rare that you are actually scared in the moment itself.

A lot of fear revolves around projecting yourself, like I just said in the past or in the future.

So this idea comes up in Buddhism a lot because Buddhism practices the idea of meditation

and presence and awareness of the now.
