to transform your body over the course of the last little while.

First of all, I love podcasting with you read. So, you know, it was funny

because, like, when you texted me last night and we were like, let's get on the pod. And I was like,

I don't really feel like it, but it's you. So I'm going to do it. Right. And like, honestly,

like I even asked you, I was like, look, man, like, do you want to talk about this shit?

Because, like, I'm very cognizant of just, like, asking people, like, look, are you willing to talk about this?

Right.

Like, I was going to ask, I don't just want to assume that, you know, frankly, like a black man wants to talk about these issues in a public forum like this. You know what I mean?

Right. Right. Right. Right. Exactly. And, and those are issues that need to be talked about. And I'm just, you know, I'm just really, you know, I was really glad to hear from you.
