Midwestern-based reporters who covers the Bucks and the Bulls, but today is a Bucks day,

Jamal Collier, because the Bucks.

Okay, it was a surprise that they fired Coach Adrian Griffin today.

The idea that this wasn't working out and could lead to a dismissal

wasn't jaw-dropping shocking, but whenever a team that is 30 wins 13 losses coming

off of a win they won against the Pistons on on Monday and then fired the coach the next day,

it's obviously going to cause a reaction.

So your thought process here and what you know

about why the Bucks made this decision

and what led us to this point.

Yeah, as you said, you beat the pestus twice, but you do it by single digits both times and like,

that's just not good enough, right?

Like you said, it's something that you think we've thought and talked about like if this things were sort of like trending toward this path and like kind of the unfortunate thing is like it felt like maybe we'd be having this discussion like after the Bucks lost in the fifth game in the first or second round

series or something right when their season sort of imploded and I think to their

credit and it took some to meridity really to do and some goal like to say we're not going to let it get to that point. I mean I think that the way it's been

described to me is that this wasn't necessarily a one there wasn't something that sparked

this or one particular thing,

really just an accumulation of a lot of sort of many red flags and signs

over the course of the season.
