Summary
It is the first day of October, but we are still talking about Ohio State's thrilling 27-26 comeback victory at Penn State Saturday night.
The Buckeyes were down by 12 points with 8 minutes remaining in the fourth quarter, but mounted two late touchdown drives to earn the win.
There are many things we will remember about this game for a long time, such as Binjimen Victor's 47-yard touchdown reception and the coming-out-party for OSU defensive end Chase Young.
Patrick Murphy joins Dave Biddle to discuss all of that, plus:
* Ohio State's defensive line is very banged up. Nick Bosa is obviously out until at least November, and now Dre'Mont Jones and Robert Landers are both dinged.
* Why doesn't Ohio State utilize QB sneaks in short-yardage situations?
All of that and more on the Monday extravaganza.

| 0:59.8 | I mean we could be talking about this Penn State win for a long long time Patrick |
| 1:05.0 | Absolutely I mean you know you look at how the game started with you know the |
| 1:10.0 | offense struggling so much and we've been talking quite a bit about how this offense has looked great, how the defense has |
| 1:16.4 | been the issue, and you come out, you can't get the ball really moving against Penn State, |
| 1:22.3 | and credit to the defense because Penn State could have been |
| 1:24.7 | up much bigger than they were in that first half. |
| 1:28.0 | I mean, they get down inside the 30, I believe it was, three separate times and the defense is able to hold Penn State to field goals and you know you're looking at a |
| 1:39.0 | You know a 10 seven or a 13 seven halftime score as opposed to something that could have been way worse. |
| 1:44.0 | And then that touchdown right before halftime from J.K. Dobbins, you know, Ohio State gets that turnover, |
| 1:49.6 | tough boiling forces of fumble and they're in good position to get in the end zone but you've |
| 1:56.4 | got to move the ball and the screen pass works there and then that I think really |
| 2:00.3 | set them up for the second half you know took some it took some momentum away from Penn State. They come out of locker and they get the ball and you know you're able to start to figure things out. You know, it wasn't the prettiest performance, but when you're playing a team like Penn State |
| 2:13.8 | that's as good as they are and I do think Penn State's a very good team and you're playing |
