Very happy to be joined by Jonah Booker for his usual Friday visit.

Jay, but just when I thought I was going to dedicate an entire set of talk, not being about anything off the field,

or just going to talk all about, Ohio State Football, the season opener tomorrow.

There was more off the field development yesterday with, I guess, now former Board of Trustees member,

at Ohio State Jeff Wattsworth, quitting the board over the Urban Meyer situation.

I think the penalty was stiff enough, and he went to the New York Times crying about it,

and this just does not sit well with me. It's one thing if you quit, take your ball and go home.

I think that's pretty weak, but then to take your ball and go home and then cry about it, I mean, this guy,

and he was the one that was responsible for bringing Drake to Ohio State University president,

just your thoughts on this Jeff Wattsworth development.

I don't understand his motives here. If you don't agree with the punishment,

and you feel like the rest of the board members overruled him,

and he doesn't agree that a three game suspension is long enough,

then just resign in peace and go on about your way. Why do you have to go and speak to the media about this?

This is the issue with Ohio State. Too many people are just popping off at the mouth at all angles here.

I mean, you're a board member. These people here are supposed to be having the best interest of the university at hand.

How does this help the university by going to the New York Times and voicing your displeasure?

I'm sure there are other people in the board who felt like there should have been a hotter suspension.

I know a lot of people mentioned Abigail Wechner and maybe one other there,

but you don't see these other people just stepping out of line here.
