It's Patrick Murphy from Bucknuts and 24-7 sports here with you today for another

episode of the Bucknuts Happy Hour.

We're now really into the offseason.

Indiana won the national championship beating Miami on

Monday night. Let me say that again. Indiana won the college football national championship

on Monday night. It's still wild for me to say that, but that marked the end of the 2025

college football season, one that ended prematurely for the Buckeyes, at least in their eyes, losing in the quarterfinals.

Two runners up Miami, the only two loss of the year for Ohio State, the national champions, Indiana, and the runners up Miami.

Still disappointing, I think, if you ask anyone inside the Woody Hayes Athletic Center,

they would have expected to at least, I think, take a step further. That was my expectation for the

Buckeyes was to at least make the semifinal and see what happened there. Probably would have been

good things, given the way things turned out and Ole Miss and whatnot. But if I didn't do it,

no point in reflecting on that now. We've done plenty of that over at Bucknuts over the last few

weeks. So this week's show, we're going to look ahead and look at some of the decisions

that have been made involving the Buckeyes or by Buckeyes so far this offseason.

This will look at the biggest moves in terms of players deciding to come back or players from

the transfer portal deciding to commit to Ohio State.

I'm not going to rank this in any order, but I will give you my thoughts on each one and what we'll kind of go through it here.
