This is the off weekend, the open weekend, the buy weekend, whatever you want to

call it for Ohio State. So we're going to do things a little different today.

I'm Patrick Murphy here with Buckeye, that's two for seven sports, as I said.

Taken it a little easy today for the happy hour. Got a Levant Blue that I

found in my fridge. We'll sip on that slowly as we roll through here. We're going

to discuss the Buckeyes and Notre Dame and kind of project forward and where Ohio

State needs to improve. But first, I want to bring in Blake Brockmeyer, our

two for seven sports National College football analyst. Blake's been on the show

before. We're going to talk a little National College football landscape and

kind of where things sit throughout the first four weeks of the sea or after

before the show. You were able to take in Ohio State's game against Notre Dame.

I know you said that's the first time you've really been able to sit down and

watch the Buckeyes. Just generally, from your kind of high purchase, not being

dialed into it as much as we are here, what'd you make of the Buckeyes in that

game? And maybe what'd you see from Notre Dame as well? It was a great game

as everybody knows. I was real impressed with Ohio State's team defense. I

thought you hear a lot about individuals, the defense events for Ohio State

get a lot of national pub, but really just their team defense and the

scheme and just the way that they play and their physical and just attacking the
