named the big ten's male athlete of the year for 2020 I'm Doug Lame Maurice from

Cleveland.com young was announced as that winner.

He is the one, two, three, four, five, six, seventh,

time, seventh time that an Ohio State male athlete has won that award,

Chase Young in 2020, first football player

to win it for the Buckeyes since Eddie George

in 1996.

Other male athletes of the year for Ohio State Olympic gold medalist

wrestler Kyle Snyder won it in both 2018 and 2017.

Wrestler Logan Steiber won it in 2015 basketball player

Evan Turner in 2010 and gymnast Blaine Wilson in 1997 and then of course

Eddie George in 1996.
