football recruit Kyle McCord was honored as one of the best 11 high school

quarterbacks in the country. What's going on with this? It's the elite 11 football camp. It's a thing that happens every summer for the best high school

quarterbacks around the McCord who's been committed to Ohio State for a year was one of those 11 quarterbacks invited.

Last year, CJ Stroud, who was now a freshman at Ohio State, won that elite 11 competition.

And that helped get him on the radar for Ryan Day and the Buckeyes and he eventually committed to Ohio State.

This time McCord went already committed to Ohio State and had a really good second day there

where, you know, they do different throwing competitions and that kind of thing he

won one of the days it had a really standout day did not win the overall competition that was

won by Caleb Williams who's a five-star quarterback who still has not decided, has not announced

where he's going to attend college, but Kyle McCord, always one of these things you want

on your high school quarterback resume before you go off to be a big time quarterback.

All kinds of famous quarterbacks through the years have participated in this.

So Kyle McCord, an elite 11 quarterback and he'll be an Ohio State Buckeye in 2021.
