Chase Young continued in Ohio State Football tradition, winning the NFL defensive rookie of the year for

2020. This is Doug Lamouraged from Cleveland.com.

Young the former defensive end standout Heisman Trophy finalists for Buckeyes, won the award with the Washington

football team.

He became the fourth Buckeye in the last five years to be the NFL defensive

rookie of the year.

That list, you probably know it.

Joey Bosa, defensive end in 2016,

cornerback Marsha on Latimore in 2017, defensive end Nick Bosa in 2019, and now Chase Young, defensive end in 2019 and now Chase Young defensive end in 2020.

Young the number two pick in last year's NFL draft.

One of only two rookies voted to the Pro Bowl this year,

he had 42 tackles, seven and a half sacks, four force fumbles,

three past deflections this season, as Washington won the NFC East and made the playoffs.
