The most important thing is that the timing is always a lot.

My dad has always been a big proponent of saying that the timing is everything.

He's actually one of his favorite sayings. Biden comes in. He's got a vaccine.

He's got an economy that's ready to reopen, ready to go. Of course, he's slowing it down,

making it worse, spending too much money, regulating things, and going to raise taxes.

He's going to mess the whole thing up. But he unfortunately, it's going to take some time.

This is a constant problem with Democrats, whether it's their ruination of California,

or any number of other policy decisions they make. It takes a while to see the bad effects clearly.

I mean, we can reason and we can understand in advance what's going to happen.

But with the economy, you're going to have to wait a little bit. I'm hopeful that the American

people will at least wake up to what's going on in time for the midterms.

Because you're going to see these jobs numbers today. You see what's happening.

You got to think to yourself, well, it could be worse, right? I mean, employers added 266,000 jobs in

April. But unemployment rose to 6.1%. There's some difficulty in filling some of these roles.

We'll get into that in a moment. But I'm talking about the economy because I also want to make sure
