I mentioned you last week that this is a troubling tendency in American politics right now.

To always find ways, to try and find ways, to trip up the opposition instead of besting them an argument,

instead of beating them in a battle of wits in an exchange of policy ideas and let the people decide.

It's just find a means to handcuff and prosecute and destroy your political opponents.

Now, I know that this thesis is complicated by the fact that the Clintons have been so many times skating right along the edge of prosecution,
