0:44.9	I initially described it as a five alarm fire because it was a very unusual email that
0:50.2	Erica Carr, the executive secretary, sent out, which said that there was going to be an all-day
0:57.1	group event yesterday to shred and burn all the remaining documents in the classified safes and
1:05.0	the personnel records.
1:07.0	Erica Carr is someone who joined USAID during the Obama administration, was named the executive secretary the first week of the Biden administration, and it's been kept over by Trump One.
1:20.2	After I amplified this issue, a bunch of folks at USAID, who I know and trust called me and said, actually, this is normal practice.
1:29.8	This is where we at the politicals who remain here, because remember they had 14,000 employees,
1:34.9	it's down to about 290 hand-picked ones.
