0:30.1	choice, but it's not a choice because you're born that way, but you choose to change your

0:39.5	biology aligns with your gender because then you can have men playing against women and
0:44.8	athletics. This is bonkers level stuff. This is nuts. They believe it, or at least they
0:52.2	go through all the motions to make us think that they believe it.
0:57.1	And I think many of us have simply had enough.
1:00.6	Certainly, A.G. Pam Bondi has had enough.
1:04.0	She's decided, you know what?
1:05.9	We're going to enforce civil rights for women under Title IX.
1:09.9	And that means Maine is now in the enforcement
1:13.2	crosshairs. Today, the Department of Justice is announcing a civil lawsuit against the Maine
1:19.2	Department of Education. The state of Maine is discriminating against women by failing to protect
1:26.7	women in women's sports.
1:28.9	Pretty basic stuff.
1:30.8	This is a violation of Title IX.
1:33.4	The Department of Justice will not sit by when women are discriminated against in sports.
