So I tried to do this pod yesterday, sitting in the sunshine, sitting out in the living room.

And I couldn't do it.

And so here we are, toxic style, 20% on the phone in the bathroom.

I grew up in a pretty small apartment, and the bathroom was really my only refuge.

Yesterday I had sunshine and a big table and a big room and a healthy glass of water

in front of me.

Today we're in the bathroom.

We're going to smoke a fucking cigarette, and I'm going to drink this raspberry rhubarb

situation.

So if you smoke, if you guys smoke it, if you

need to go get something to drink, drink something, please.

I've been walking around in the terrible mood for a few days.

You know, one day I said, I think I'm hangry.

The other day I said, you know, I think I got a bad feeling, I don't think I should

travel this weekend.

I'm supposed to be in London this weekend.

And for a while I thought it was just me getting my pelvic floor together and working out

twice a day, and maybe it was just taking too much of a toll in my body.

But then today I realized what it was.
