My name is Tara Clem, Zadon, and my amazing co-host is Kim Henderson.

Hey Tara, great to be here with you.

Thanks, Kim. I can't believe we're actually doing this.

We've only been talking about it forever.

Kim and I have, we each have, let's just say, over 20 years apiece.

I hate to be, this is where I want to be bad at math of experience within the staffing industry.

That's actually how we met many years ago.

And currently we're both kind of the guru and or go-to person professionally and in our

personal lives for anybody who needs to get a job.

And so we both sort of, which was really the genesis and the idea of this podcast is,

you know, especially from Kim, who I'm going to get into our experience in a minute,

who does a lot of this professionally as far as giving career advice.

So with our lives being phrasing where we're at in our lives,

we thought it might make sense to have a real podcast, like something that's not fluff, real talk, no BS, you know, no, tell me, you know, in five words or less, or what's the most important thing you need to do to either get a job, find a job, or hell, even take care of our aging

parents. So that's sort of the baseline for why we're doing this. And hopefully, this isn't our

last episode, Kim. I'm the managing partner of a health care staffing firm. And Kim has a way more

impressive pedigree in staffing than I do from gosh she's been an executive

senior executive leader at a nationally or actually international publicly traded staffing firm.

Then that wasn't that wasn't enough punishment to him. Then you went on to start a tech-based international

staffing firm that was sold to, I think, what, a British firm? That's correct. And then currently,

yes, so now, again, it's just not enough. You just won't retire. You refuse. So you've started your own training and
