And funny enough, for the longest time, I thought he was Chris Phillips that was the catcher for LSU in the early 2000s.

Turns out, totally different dude. But he's probably more famous in the early 2000s. Turns out totally different dude,

but he's probably more famous in the SEC these days anyhow.

Actually met him at a tailgate during the LSU Tennessee baseball series.

He rolled up with Blake Raffino from AYS, tried crawfish for the first time, and we've been chatting ever since.

I knew then that this guy is legit and a cool dude, and I just wanted to have him on the show.

I think he is going to be the perfect voice for our college football preview show.

I can't think of anyone any better whatsoever.

once we get to about July 4th and we get past that, that's when I really flip into football mode. And, you know, it never cuts off. But that's when you really feel like you can kind of feel the wind's changing. Like, hey, it's just around the corner. We get to media days and then it's really on, right? We know fall camps around the corner and kick off theater before you know it.
