1:16.5	on scarcity. Even if we're managing to make ends meet financially, if we're tired, stressed,
1:25.2	creatively depleted, or if we're uncertain about the future or where our resources are coming from,
1:31.6	we just don't feel abundant, no matter how much we might tell ourselves to feel grateful.
1:37.8	But true abundance includes rest, it includes love, it includes nourishment,
1:44.2	inspiration, security, pleasure. In the natural world, abundance comes through the flow of
1:52.0	energy through the biosphere into our bodies and back into the world again. Abundance is flow.

2:06.3	it will lay the groundwork for a new and nourishing relationship to abundance in your life.
