weird circle subscriber, Roon Rainwater, who participated in my

Lunasa ritual back in early August and baked bread for the very first time as part of that ceremony which I think is so cool.

Baking bread is a traditional part of the Lunasa holiday, also known as the first harvest.

So let's hear Roon's question. They write.

I've been baking bread every Sunday since Lunasa.

I'm going to bake bread every week until at least the

autumn aquinox but likely in Telsauen, which is also known as Halloween. What kind of

magic can I work with this new grounding and delicious practice? Any

suggestions are so wholeheartedly welcomed. We love this beautiful question, Roon. Thank you so much for asking. So, first of all, one piece of the bread-making magical puzzle is to consider where your grains are grown and furthermore who is growing and tending to them.

Many grains in the United States, for instance, are tended to by migrant farm workers who face serious exploitation and oppression, as I'm sure you know.
