and she is the co-creator of the Golden Mantras Affirmation Deck.

Now this is a beautiful deck that really speaks to

these powerful affirmations that we can use in our own lives on a daily basis, but also to

use them for deeper journaling and more self-exploration and discovery. And in this interview, Destiny shares about how she uses her journaling practice

to understand herself better and navigate those life's challenges and so on,

and also the role that affirmations play in her own spiritual growth.

really motivated to create a deck that felt true and authentic to her and that also represented

her culture as a black American woman and a person of color, and she really wanted to be able to express that
