The facts that I'm going to tell you in this episode, unlike the other episodes,

they did not occur in Puerto Rico, they occurred in the town of Guichita Canzas in the year

1974. However, the victims of this tragic event were four members of a Puerto Riqueña family.

This event gave the beginning to the long criminal career of one of the

most notorious in the world. Joseph Otero and his wife, Julio María Burgos,

were born in Puerto Rico in 1935 and in 1940, respectively. The family of Joseph

grew up in Puerto Rico until the town of Candon in New Jersey, at the beginning of the 1950s,

where they lived in a town of Dulces. Joseph was a prominent boxer in his youth and

served in the area of ​​the United States for almost 20 years. At the end of the 1960s,

some disturbances and racial protests began in several states due to racism and

police abuse against the African-American community. These protests extended

until the city of Candon, after the Puerto Rique community in this city was also victim of

police abuse and discrimination. In an incident where the police

hit brutally a Puerto Riqueño called Rafael Rodríguez Gonzales, causing death.
