Okay, so Blunt abdominal trauma, the evaluation.

I think most of the patients are evaluated with now a fast exam

plus minus a CT scan. So real quickly on the

fast exam what are we looking for and this is the the focused abdominal stenography

for trauma. Right so you're looking at the kidney, liver interface, the

spleen. Well what are we looking for? Oh you're looking for free fluid. Good and

just remember the old chown is only looking for free fluid in the abdomen or where else do you look for
