It's called Lessons from the Lobster Eve Martyr's Work in Neuroscience by Charlotte Nassum.

This book is an intellectual biography, which means Nassum takes us through Martyr's career

through the lens of her ideas.

Although this might seem like an unusual approach, it is quite fitting here because

Martyr has made so many important contributions in her 40-plus years

as a neuroscientist. Her career spans practically the entire history of neuroscience as a recognized

field, and I'm sure I'm not the only one who feels that she deserves a Nobel Prize for one or more of her contributions.

My goal today is to provide an overview of these contributions.
