As I imagine is the case for most other hobbies, home brewing was built on centuries of tradition,

0:14.5

from beer styles that were invented on Belgian farms to methods developed for very specific purposes.

These days, though, brewers have access to

0:21.8

information and quality ingredients that would have been unimaginable to the brewers upon whose

0:26.2

shoulders we currently stand. And as such, some have allowed themselves to, well, more or less,

0:30.8

stray from convention a bit. This is the brewlossophy podcast. I'm your host, Marshall Shot,

Now, just a quick reminder, this is a

1:28.2

Bruce Views episode where we allow ourselves to let loose a bit more than usual. So we might

1:32.9

use language some people don't like or share opinions. You might disagree with. That's sort of

1:36.6

the point of this series. So if you're not into that, well, consider yourself warned.
