One of the experiences I trust every home brewer shares is the feeling of awe that comes from

witnessing the conversion of Wirt into beer through the fermentation process.

Even after 15 years, I still get giddy when I see the first signs of airlock activity, a nice fluffy croyson developing

on top of my beer.

The worst is when this takes too long.

At the time, I built a couple identical brewing set-ups for experimentation.

I began collecting data from friends, and I thought maybe a few other brewers out there with my nerdy bent might be interested in what I was finding.

As it turns out, more than a few were interested and BruLosophy.com began to grow and grow and surprisingly grow. It was very clear that I was going to have to start

making some decisions on where to take this thing then in early 2017 we announced

that we'd be starting this thing that you're listening to now, the Bru Losophy Podcast, and it was something

many had been asking for and we spent a lot of time talking about and planning.

It's hard to believe that that was nearly three years ago at this point and we're coming up on six

years in total since starting the website is pleased and honestly proud as I am

with where Brulosophy is today and where I see it heading in the future this came

not without its fair share of hate.
