Today on Happy Sad Confused, Bryce Dallas Howard on her new movie, Dad's and her comfort movie, Jurassic Park.

Welcome to another edition of Happy Sad Confused returning champion Bryce Dallas Howard is in the house today for what is this maybe her third visit at least her third visit to Happy say I confused clearly a different kind of a

visit given the current circumstances but nonetheless thrilled as always to

catch up with a bright spirit in the universe one One of my favorite human beings,

Bryce Dallas Howard, she's always awesome

as an actor, as an interview subject,

and now as a director.

I knew this was coming, we all knew this was coming,

it's in the DNA, Her dad, Ron, is one of the best out there. And sure

enough, Bryce, who has directed shorts in the past, has now directed her first feature length film. It is a documentary

called Dads and it is a really sweet well done exercise for her that is currently on Apple TV plus. It premiered

just in times for Father's Day but it's never a not not an appropriate time to enjoy a film

like this that celebrates all the complexities that go into being a dad in our

modern world.

And yes, dear old dad, Ron, is in the film,

and yes, well worth your time.

But the focus of this conversation,

as you guys know from recent Happy Second Feuds,

that's hard to say, is our comfort movies.

And I was very pleased when I learned what comfort movie Bryce wants to talk about.
