You know, folks, the date, of course, November 13th, 2023 were coming up on, excuse me, 2022,

we're coming up on two years since these murders took place, the Idaho four.

Of course, the young kids you see up on the screen, Ethan Chapin, Madison Mogan, Zana Connoodle, and Kay Lee Gonzalez.

That happened November 13th, so this Wednesday, I believe it's two years.

So all of these court appearances, we've already had the case moved from LATAR County, Idaho,

the town of Moscow, where the University of Idaho is.

And we had the case moved to Boise, Idaho,

at the request of the defense. So now the next thing the defense is trying to do, of course,

is they're trying to get the death penalty thrown out,

thrown off the table, not to be considered.

And we're going to discuss today some of their arguments, some of the arguments they set forth

It does not seem, this case that the judge

was overly impressed with their arguments. Judge Stephen Hippler. I mean, just look at the

thumbnail of him on the screen. He doesn't look like he puts up with much nonsense.

I don't know why I use that analogy, but he didn't seem too impressed with the arguments presented on Thursday by the defense.
