Summary
Brian Kohberger's attorney the accused quadruple murder suspect has an alibi, but it will not be revealed before the trial.
In court documents, his attorneys say there is evidence he was somewhere else at the time of the November 2022 crime, and all the information will come out as state witnesses are cross-examined, as well as the defense expert witnesses.
The attorneys have also cast suspicion that the DNA links Kohberger to the crime was planted, to build a "rigged case. The defense team has also attacked the DNA evidence, and the tools used to match it to Kohberger.
