We have had some updates that we need to talk about in Idaho.

The stuff going on in Idaho with the Coburg case was really interesting to me because I don't think we've seen a case that has this much stuff going on after a plea like this. And I'm just like,

what are we doing? And Taylor, Brian Coburger's attorney, put out a statement, the likes of which

I don't think I've ever seen. Apparently there's another book.

Am I going to give everyone the name of the other book? No, because I don't want to bump it in the

algorithm. I don't know who wrote it. I don't know what it's about. Most of the books that have come

out about Idaho are speculation, rumors, and the rest of it.

I don't know what's in this book. But apparently in book, we're just going with book,

one of the defense experts talks about their opinions on the case. But Emily, aren't there

NDAs and non-dissemination orders and all of the things?

Yeah, there are.

Wouldn't that cover experts?

Yes, it does.

So how is an expert talking in a book?

I don't know. And the defense seems to be pissed. Also, we learn subsequent to that,

that there is still an ongoing investigation about the leak. Do you guys remember the leak?

The dateline leak? Right. A whole bunch of evidence in

this case got leaked to Dateline and made its way to, you know, a streaming service near you. And the
