I have a hack that I do every single morning that makes me feel like I literally drink

four shots of espresso, and this is what I do. If my

kids are still sleeping I will wake up I will grab my dry brush. Cannot go wrong

with dry brushing and I will brush up underneath my heart circles on my stomach and then down on my neck

towards my armpits and I will just get the lymphatic system going and I cannot even tell you it

wakes you up because it gets the blood flow going in the circulation and it wakes up the

limp it's so also good for cellulite and then what I'll do after I've done that for three

minutes so I'll dry brush is I will hop in a freezing cold three minute shower and these

two things it literally takes six minutes, will change your life in the morning.

It's better than coffee.

There's no come down.

And I am telling you, I just cannot wake up without dry brushing. More benefits of dry brushing since there's

tons or stress relief, exfoliation, it aids the lymphatic system and it also

increases blood flow. Like I said you cannot go wrong wrong you are going to have the butteriest

skin of your life when you get out of that shower you can put oil on maybe some body

butter and that dry brush is going to have you so exfoliated you are going to be like skipping down the

stairs to say good morning to your kids. Your skin is going to feel so buttery and you are

going to have so much energy that you are going to be skipping down the stairs to

breakfast.
