As we always do with our second show of the day, we break down the latest news impacting fantasy basketball, starting with Rick Carlisle,

said there's some reason for concern with T.J. McConnell's hamstring. Also said that Jarris Walker

turned his ankle late. Not great. Both were in the locker room and neither was on crutches or anything

like that. But Walker had his ankle in an ice tub. So Jaris Walker survived the last one of

these that happened on a Sunday. Incidentally, he came back and he played in the next game. It does

feel like they are kind of just developing Jaris Walker and not yanking him in and out of the lineup.

He's been a mainstay. Outside of some efficiency issues, he's been solid,

like rock solid in fantasy lineups, producing in the top 100 range if you don't care about those

efficiencies. And even with the inefficiencies, pardon me, he's been fine. So hopefully he can

do well and play through this. And then with T.J. McConnell, Quentin Jackson's been super quiet.

Like, I had to drop Quentin Jackson a bunch of places.

I don't like it because I think it's the wrong time to drop him.

But if T.J. McConnell exit stage left, that pretty much in my mind solidifies late

round value for Quentin Jackson.

And then I think as we get later and later in the season,

as some of the vets stop playing even more games,

they're missing a couple games here and there.

When they stop playing altogether,

I think Quentin Jackson will be more of like a top 75 guy,

possibly a silly season hero late in the season.

Column Sexton left last night's game against the Kings

didn't return. He left late in that game. I would say that the game was decided because

...
