Did you see how fit look too tight? No, no, it feels tight. No, I wouldn't say that at all. It is a little hot here though. I had lost a lot of weight fasting and then I stopped fasting and I gained it right back.

Tell me about the fasting. What was the rule? I was doing the eight hour intermittent fasting. What was your eight hour window that you were eating? I was eating usually three to 11 PM. So you didn't eat. You didn't eat till 3 PM to begin your day. Yeah, is that because you're your current schedule because of the bars like you wake up by like noon.

I don't know for some reason it just worked for me and it also allowed me. You know that if I did have a later. I could eat later. Yeah. And if I honestly if I wasn't doing anything if I was just spending the day at home.

I liked that I had up until like 10 PM. Yeah, yeah. Everybody had no pressure to intermittent fasting while I was dead. I do know it was down to 199. How many how much did you lose off it? Like 16 pounds in how long?

It seems like days. One day you ate in one eight hour window. Yeah, it was fast. This is like breaking news. But have you seen the new weight loss drug that will make you lose 22% of your body fat in a couple of days.

Give it to me please. That can't be healthy as we all know. I don't care. Teres appetite. Did trials you lose 22% of the FDA approved? Yeah. I wanted. I don't care. How much is that going to be 1100 a month is the treatment if you need it for diabetes. So I can't imagine if you don't have diabetes. What it would cost you.

Oh, so okay, so it's just for that. Let me see the little I think a scroll a little bit. A clinical trial found that a high dose of. Teres appetite, which was previously approved for diabetes treatment help patients lose an average of 22 and a half percent of their body weight.

If we could make a note of this so I can call my doctor immediately. I'll just speak my interest. People are keeping the weight off. There's no bounce back. How long to take it a bounce back me. Yeah, I didn't bounce back to 2 16. I bounce back. I'm like a 205 or 6 now. God, love you. It's not terrible. But it's like it's still it was still a gain back because like I just. I just went off of it for like a but I went off it for a little bit.

I went off it for a week. I mean, that's not a lifestyle is going to have bounce back. Yeah, and I do when I went off of it, I mean like I was like it was like.

The week of Christmas through New Year's. I was like, you know, drinking. I'm going out for staying. I was down 18 18 pounds and in the last.

The last like week and a half plus. I just have like maybe two weeks just started smoking again and just. Oh, smoke it. We. Yeah, I'm just eating all the holiday foods. I'm bacon cakes like you know, at home.

But now I'm going like now I'm waiting for all the leftovers to leave my home from like the holiday. I should just start immediately but I'm waiting and then I'm just I'm going not only am I going in from what I think I'm going to do the Internet as well.
