I don't fancy my odds really.

I'm just going to visit these extraordinary people who really see the world in a different way

and really trying to engage with them in a way that I've never done before.

We see everything is disconnected whereas a lot of the rest of the world sees us as intrinsically connected, not only physically but also through our mental states.

You know, I'm riddled with my own problems,

my own insecurities, my own traumas, my own ego

that's getting in the way,

so I'm going through my own healing as I go.

But I understand the lesson that's trying to teach me.

cheese grater here and of course the gershagerkin behind me

we are on the tower bridge I'll be rolling through the gates just went up a few minutes ago

so it's quite tourist central here. This week on the show we have Mr. Bruce Perry another icon in London much like this bridge and you

might remember Bruce from the BBC documentary Tribe when he first hit the

scene some eight years ago and you saw Bruce going

to Africa and hanging out with a lot of the locals and doing a lot of things they
