2:20.0

You can listen to it. It's really good. I think. And I try to go through like the history of my life at the score, which has been a majority of my life. I'm 47 and I've spent 25 years at the score. But people were super nice this past week and I'm trying really hard. I'm very.

I don't I enjoy being honored. Like if if I do something like I'm up for an award or something like that, like I love that. It's hard when people are sincerely talking about what you mean to them. I usually bristle at stuff like that. But I promised myself that with the 20th anniversary, I was going to do a better job of accepting flowers. I'm always telling other people about that.

3:15.0

I'm always saying if I give someone a compliment, for example, that they need to learn how to take the compliments. I'm I'm trying to follow my own advice on that. And it's been cool, accepting that love from people and knowing that it comes from a sincere place. So big thanks to to my partner, Layla Rahimi.

3:38.0

Big thanks to my homie, Shakia Taylor, for the nice things that she said, my homie Gabe, Gabe Ramirez. It was really nice. Cam Smith, my dude, Michael Kim. It's such a long list. But I want to thank them. But I also want to thank people that aren't in the industry.

4:01.0

The people who have been listening for forever and have been really supportive. I thank you sincerely for your love and your support. It's a big deal to me and no doubt about it.

4:14.0

4:26.0

Bruce Miles is one of the people that I really enjoy running into and having run into when I'm out covering games.

4:38.0

He's just a really good human being.

4:45.0

And I swear like we got off the zoom and I was like, man, I really like Bruce.

4:51.0

Like he's really passionate about baseball. He's also passionate about rush. We didn't talk about that.

4:58.0

But and it comes through. I just dig his vibe. I don't know if he gets my vibe because you know, I can be a lot, but he seems to at least tolerate it.

5:10.0

And that's the stuff in the right direction. But he's always been great when I wanted to talk to him about the Cubs or have him on the show.

5:18.0

He's always been wonderful. And now I get a chance to do something for him. He has written a book along with Jesse Rogers.

5:27.0

Maybe I should probably get Jesse on the podcast. There's a lot to cover with Jesse a ton. But the two of them got together and they wrote a book.
