And welcome once again to the H&J Daily, some of the best bits of this afternoon's show.

We were joining the studio by an old friend of the show.

We've been coming in for years.

Tommy Walsh, remember from Groundfall.

Good old Tom.

First time we ever came in, they were building the studio, the little small studio.

We are broadcasting now.

And do you remember that day? The guys were building it.

Something had gone wrong. He, there was kind of stud partition they were putting up for this

little studio. And Tommy comes up and he says, I'm not sure about that, boys. The look on their

face was an absolute picture. I didn't know what to say. Anyway, we digress.

He's just represented his country as a footballer.

Yeah, it's a good stuff.

Martin Kearner, he doesn't do a lot of DIY.

I don't think he does a country.

He seems to spend a lot of time snoozing.

Most of his stories are, well, I actually fell asleep.

I was snoozing on the sofa during the racing. What a great TV critic. Yeah, a big packet of Wethers. Anyway, he was.

He looked at a week of sport on TV.
