Bruce Feldman. My colleague Stue Mandel is off this week. He's taking a little bit of a

vacation, but we have a really good guest today to fill in for Stue and he is Neil

Brown, the head coach at West Virginia who is a very thoughtful coach on a lot of subjects and I thought it would be interesting to get Neil's perspective on a lot of what has been going on for the past couple of months.

I mean whatever it is to kind of I guess

decompress for a minute so let's start there like so obviously you're working but it's a

different environment what has the last couple of months been like for you?

Zoom Zoom zone. Now, just, you know, trying to try to manage people remotely.

It's been unique, it's been challenging.

I think I've grown in a lot of ways.

I think I've probably grown in a lot of ways. I think I probably grown in a lot of ways

But it's been different. I think that's a simple word, but it's the best probably the best word I can use to describe it's been different.

So when you're in the middle of this and you're obviously a leader of a program with a lot of people, not just players, but staff and people you report to, like what has been the hardest thing for you to sort out as

you're in?

We're all on an uncharted waters, but as a football coach you certainly are too, so

what's been the hardest thing to kind of
