During the 80s and 90s, Los Angeles California was deemed the “Bank Robbery Capital of the World”.. In 1992, its peak year, there were more than 2,600 bank robberies in the LA county area.. It became such a city phenomena, that Hollywood started to produce movies like Set it Off, Heat and Point Break.
Well in 1999, there were two men that were convicted of robberies and sentenced to DECADES in prison. JOIN US as we discuss what happened that day, and what came next for Bruce Bell and Montez Day.
