0:53.5	Say it would be awesome if you could just give the listeners kind of a short summary bio of kind of where you're from and all that good stuff. Of course. So I actually grew up in Hong Kong, you know, one of my favorite city in the world. And I decided I want to go to boarding school. So I went to school right side of Boston, picked up a little bit of math and gone to the
1:10.9	quantitative side where did you go to boarding school uh andover yeah i did too did you know i'm van
1:16.1	o'emograph no way no dude yeah that's insane 98 though i'm old that's crazy i was class of 22 um
1:23.8	and then i grew up andover i was a day day student no way yeah yeah it's crazy that's crazy
1:29.1	yeah so um okay so go ahead we learn something new really really really loved and then i actually
1:34.6	decided to go to culinary college so i went there for one year um so it was a very interesting
1:38.6	talking point in the recruiting process uh and then i went to culinary school yeah i did the french
1:44.0	culinary school that's so I did. The French culinary school. That's so interesting.
1:46.2	Yeah. And you, were you thinking you becoming like an executive chef or something like that?
1:51.7	You know, I really wanted to. I was exploring how the chef life is. But, you know, I really like
1:57.8	working with people you would never ever see in finance or at school. So, you know, all really like working with people you would never, ever see in finance or at school.
