Hi friends, welcome back. This is part two of my most recent conversation with the wonderful Brooke Castillo.

And in this part of the conversation, we start talking about setting and achieving really big goals or what we might think are really big goals.

So Brooke in the first few minutes of this talks about her goal to have $100 million a year

business. And she kind of shrugged and it's not going to be that hard. I just love the way

that she thinks about this and the fact that she actively creates that

reality. She doesn't observe reality and then guess about it. She creates the reality by believing

that she's going to have a million dollar business and it's going to be fairly easy and fast.

And so I get pretty vulnerable here right. I break down some of my thought patterns and

behaviors and have her go in and basically construct open head surgery and move some things

around and help me see my own mental BS.

And gosh, this is just so good.

And I personally got so much

value out of this and so I hope that you can enjoy the same type of experience that I

had by hearing it from my perspective and as a result of this I think you're going to see

some of the things in your operating system that are leading you to create the results that you're getting.

And if you would like to create a different reality, some different results, then the plan

and the process looks like deciding what it is, believing it, and doing the work to clear out

all of the objections, objections that you have to believing

that reality so that you can start to observe all the reasons why it's true.

I discovered, after listening back on this, that I pound on the table a lot while I'm talking,

so I'm going to stop doing that.

And also, Brooke makes several mentions of things sounding a little bit woo-woo. So I'll be curious

...
