Last episode we talked about really the state of the housing.

And what housing does to the entire global economy?

Well, I think what I got from it is that you think us young whipper snapper millennials are ruining the whole housing market.

Is what I heard in that last show.

I can see how you might get that feeling, but I'm just, oh, I'm just the broadcaster of what the financial press puts out there.

So you can't lay that at my feet, but I think it probably would get a lot easier on a lot of our clients as well as it help you guys in your generation.

If y'all could see what it felt like to live on your own.

So I just need to call all my friends and tell them to move out of the basement.

There is no shame in y'all's game, obviously, in living with your parents.

So we'll continue on because I don't want to alienate any of our listeners who might be looking up from their PlayStation three as they have this on the background.

You know, waiting for the mom to make them a baloney sandwich.

So we'll keep going here.
